From the Chilean Patagonia, a natural and unique environment, our Australis salmon is produced, giving purity, freshness, color, texture and taste that distinguish a quality product from its origin.
The most marketed Coho Salmon product is the whole fish frozen cleaned and disemboweled. Frozen fillets and steaks tei-ien or in brine are also produced.
