Production Process

The Australis production process abides by the highest quality standards, sustainability and care for the environment.

Australis integrates all production stages: through Australis Agua Dulce S.A. (eggs, fry and smolts) and Australis Mar S.A. (Weight gaining, processing and marketing). Its production sites have highly efficient and constantly trained staff, in addition to the high end technology that allow fish to develop in a stress-free environment, thus producing a product of excellent and quality.

Finally, the secondary processing of raw materials is through the subsidiary Congelados y Conservas Fitz Roy S.A., through its processing plant located in Calbuco, Xth region.
